At CARE Event Hall, we make your event planning simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

1. Schedule a VIP Tour

Book a personal tour of our venue, where we’ll show you around and confirm availability for your preferred date.


2. Reserve Your Date

Secure your event date by paying a deposit, and we’ll hold the venue for you.


3. Final Payment

Your event’s total balance is due 15 days before the big day to finalize everything.


4. Enjoy Your Event

On the day of your event, all reserved items will be ready and set up just for you. An event attendant will be on-site to assist with any questions and make sure everything runs smoothly.


5. Deposit Return

After your event, as long as there are no damages, you’ll receive your deposit back within 7 to 15 days, depending on your bank.
